In 1996 Garry Pillivant (a.k.a. Gramps) and his wife Alice decided to establish Gramps' Garage with the goal of providing quality, convenient and worry-free service to present and future owners of Power Wheels products. From a small beginning they have grown to be a major service center for not only Power Wheels but many other Fisher-Price Products. This article tells the story!
For the convenience of our customers, Gramps' Garage accepts the following: 
As an Authorized Fisher-Price/Power Wheels Service Center, Gramps' Garage provides fully guaranteed warranty and non-warranty service, as well as genuine replacement parts.
Because we realize that people have busy family schedules Gramps' Garage accepts mail and phone orders in addition to walk-in requests. Most service is done "while you wait."
Our shipping/handling policies are designed to only cover the costs of packaging and shipping, not to burden our customers with extra charges. Due to our reasonable shipping/handling policies Gramps' Garage receives parts orders from all over the world
